Workflow demo: product production and media rights compliance

More infoLess info

How can complex publishing productions be managed efficiently while keeping reliable track of media rights? As images, graphics and other assets are reused across products, editions and channels, transparency around tasks, approvals and usage rights becomes increasingly important.

In a live demo with SiteFusion, we present an end-to-end publishing workflow – from planning and task management through content and asset management to production. A particular focus is integrated media and usage rights management: rights, validity periods and usage contexts are linked directly to assets and incorporated into production processes.

The result is transparent, automated publishing processes with greater efficiency and legal certainty.

From workflow to AI agent: how people, content and AI work together

More infoLess info

How modern workflows orchestrate people, content and AI.

How does AI change the way people, content and processes work together? Traditional workflows manage tasks, approvals and systems. AI agents add a new layer: they analyse content, generate metadata, prepare texts or carry out defined process steps – embedded in existing workflows and governed by clear rules.

This talk shows how people, content and AI agents can be orchestrated in end-to-end publishing processes, why context from content and workflows is crucial, and how companies can use AI productively while retaining control, transparency and professional responsibility.

Create structured content once – publish efficiently across print and digital

How can print production and digital publishing be brought together without creating content multiple times and maintaining it in parallel? Deutscher Landwirtschaftsverlag takes a content-first approach: structured, media-neutral content provides a shared source for different publishing channels.

In the Deutscher Landwirtschaftsverlag project, EBCONT and pagina are jointly implementing an end-to-end publishing solution based on SiteFusion. It supports largely automated print production while enabling the same content to be reused for digital offerings. The talk offers insights into the architecture, processes and practical implementation – and shows how structured content, integrated workflows and automated production work together to reduce duplicate effort and make cross-channel publishing more efficient.
